PIF-F will pay your way to become an investor with J.R. Nykamp & Associates but we do have two very simple but very important rules.
1. You must pay it forward to two new investors and you must do it within your first thirty days.
2. You must help those two do the same.
That's it. It's really that simple. If you can't follow those two simple rules then we suggest that you not invest with us. Period. End of Story. Don't waste your time or ours. This may sound harsh but this is real and we want our investors to treat it that way. If you join and fail to pass it forward within your first thirty days you will lose your position and it will revert back to the person who paid your way in.

Who We Are
J. R. Nykamp and Associates is an investment company specializing in the food and lodging industry. We are starting a new multi-level or network marketing division as a way to get people to participate in our investments. Times are difficult and banks aren't lending so what better way to raise funds than to involve friends and family in a business where they can earn a lot of money and as owners we don't have to owe money to banks. It is a lot easier to make a profit when you open the doors and you are debt free. And profits means even more income for those very same friends and family in the way of profit sharing.
This gives our investors two ways to make money. First they will participate in our 2 wide by 15 deep forced matrix with a one-time fee of only $15.00. And second for that $15.00 our members receive one share of the company and a share of the profits. There is a third way. You don't actually make money but as an investor you will receive discounts at all of our businesses.
How It Works
Now for the good news - you don't have to pay the one-time $15.00 fee to become an investor. The person who invited you to this site will pay it for you. But there is a catch. (Isn't there always). As a new investor you have to do your fair share and pay the way in for two new investors and you have to do it within thirty days. If you don't do it within thirty days you will be dropped from the program and your position will be re-assigned to the person who sponsored you. You will then have to wait six months to rejoin. Add it up and it will cost you $30.00 to pay for your fair share to keep the program growing at a rapid pace so we can all make a great income. We call this our PAY IT FORWARD - FOREVER program.
Speaking of income, how much can you earn. With a 2 wide by 15 deep forced matrix you can earn over $32,000.00 with a full matrix. How is that for paying $30.00 one-time to pay the way in for two new investors? If you fail by 90% that's still over $3,200.00. Not to shabby. If you're not familiar with a matrix it very simply means that there are 2 people directly below you and 4 people below those and 8 people below those and this doubles each level for 15 generations or levels until your matrix is filled with 65,536 people. A forced matrix means that when each level is filled the next person in goes to or is "forced" into the next level down. As each new investor is recruited they are placed in the next available position in the matrix. They may or may not be in your direct downline. This fills the matrix in an orderly fashion and everyone benefits from the efforts of the entire team. Each position pays 50 cents upline for 15 levels.
But that's only the begining. We have several programs ready to follow this one. When you have level eight filled we will automatically place you in a new 2 wide by 15 deep forced matrix that costs and pays double what this one does and everyone follows you into this and each successive program. You don't have to build them again and again. But the difference with this one and all of the others to follow is that we pay for it out of your earnings, not out of your pocket. You never have to pay more than the one-time $30.00 to bring in your fair share of two new investors.
Why We Did It
The reason we added the "FOREVER" to the PAY IT FORWARD - FOREVER was because we will never stop adding programs and buying or building restaurants, hotels and resorts. And for you this means more income - much more. This first program is Pay It Forward - Forever 1 (PIF-F 1) and it returns over $32,000.00 to you and with our proceeds we will open an ice cream store near Disney World. Next to come is PIF-F 2 and it will pay you over $64,000.00 and we will open a burger and sandwich shop. Then PIF-F 3 that pays you over $130,000.00 and we will open a family style restaurant. Followed by PIF-F 4 that pays you over $260,000.00 and we will open a large deluxe style restaurant. Next is PIF-F 5 that will pay you over $520,000.00 and we will open a hotel and then PIF-F 6 that will pay you over $1,000,000.00 and we will open a large resort. Add it all up and it's over $2,000,000.00. And you started with a one-time $30.00. That is all that is currently on paper but we won't stop there we will just keep going and going and going. And this doesn't even count the income from the profits of the businesses.
Our businesses won't be your run of the mill restaurants. They will be restaurants with ATTITUDE. They will be fun, lively family places where the good food shares the stage with the action around you. The portions will be larger, the variety will be larger and the fun will be larger than life. If everyone does their fair share the first one should be open within 18 months from our kick-off.

It will only take 15 months from the day you join to fill your first matrix. That's right - only fifteen months and you will have over $32,000.00 and be well on your way with the second matrix where you earn over $64,000.00. Doing this means you could earn over $2,000,000.00 in less than 5 years. And that's just for one position. Imagine if you had 4 or 5 positions. That's right, you can have as many positions as you want. We will pay your way in with your first position but you can purchase as many more as you want at $15.00 each and with your share of the profits we believe you will do very well down the road when these businesses are up and running. Imagine owning a restaurant that is debt free when it opens it's doors. How sweet is that?
The second (and worst) is if a very few participate and do their fair share. That just means that it will take a lot longer to reach our goals. Think about it - how hard is it to ask two of your friends if they want to become millionaires if you will pay their way in? and all they had to do was the same thing. It really is that simple. Just two people in less than thirty days - DUH!!! You should have this done in your first week.
